Hey friend hey! In this podcast episode, we begin with a self-check-in and discuss the importance of self-awareness in the self-work journey. In a continued personal reflection of my own trauma history, this chat focuses on how trauma echoes can disrupt our healing journey. Trauma echoes are feelings that arise when we encounter situations that remind us of our past trauma. These feelings can be overwhelming, and we may feel like we're back to the beginning of our healing journey. In this episode, I share my experience of dealing with trauma echoes and the importance of acknowledging our feelings and sitting with them to allow healing to rise and cover old wounds along with some tips on nurturing our mind, heart, and spirit and practicing self-love.
