Members Reviews:

Gogol - a Russian genius

Gogol is a literary gem for Russia and the world. His short stories are compelling and unforgettable. Full of wisdom.

The Overcoat is a masterpiece

The Overcoat

The movie "The Namesake" (good movie) piqued my interest in this story.I guess it was pretty much what I expected, a good short story.

Favorite story, cheap book

I love this story. It's one of my favorites. However, this book is cheap and ugly.

I had to order from England just to get a nice copy and the right translation.

Excellent

I liked that the story was not complex and flowed well. Many Russian authors lose their readers by the use many characters with their multiple names. This was the first story by Golgol that I have read.

A nice afternoon read

Enjoyable semi-light read. A nice afternoon read.

Publisher's Summary:

The second season, hour long "special" script from CRT's long running series, The New Dibble Show. Dibble and the gang perform their version of The Night Before Christmas. Santa also arrives, and takes them to the North Pole where the evil Ice King is trying to stop Christmas - just like in every Christmas special that comes along - but as Dibble says "At least we're not puppets!"

Members Reviews:

The best!

Love Dibble! This is great for kids and adults! I listen to this often-very funny!

The Usual a Good Stuff

Enjoyable and (surprisingly) absorbing. Unfortunately this completes my Dibble collection. It partly made up for the depressing "farewell" episode.
