Title: America the Great Satan

Subtitle: A Book of Poetry

Author: Unpa T. Riotic

Narrator: Lawrence D. Yaklin

Format: Unabridged

Length: 1 hr and 31 mins

Language: English

Release date: 12-11-15

Publisher: Fanatic Publishing, LLC

Genres: Drama & Poetry, Poetry

Publisher's Summary:

With professing Christians in a huge state of apathy and the body of Christ on the decline, all it takes for a political leader to gain the confidence and allegiance of the masses is mere words.

Christians have forgotten that they were not only called to love, forgive, and be peacemakers, but to judge, rebuke, and admonish as well. They have forgotten that leaders are to be rebuked publicly. They have forgotten that those who claim to be Christians but live in unrepentant sin are to be excommunicated from the body of Christ.

Today, Christians in the United States of America are asleep, and it's time for them to wake up!

While Jesus Christ taught his followers to love their enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them that persecute you, various presidents, politicians, and even religious talking heads command their constituents and listeners to kill their enemies, do evil to them that hate you, and bomb them that persecute you.

The question is, who will you follow: the religious right or the right religion, the constitution or the word of God, the POTUS or Jesus Christ?

Let the world pass us by in the cold night,

Let the unkindly time pass us with a cold glance,

Let the cities rise and fall around us,

For our love is ever-lasting,

And shall never fall.

Title: Conversations with a Muse

Author: Derek Malpass

Narrator: Derek Malpass

Format: Unabridged

Length: 2 hrs and 3 mins

Language: English

Release date: 12-09-15

Publisher: Derek Malpass

Genres: Drama & Poetry, Poetry

Publisher's Summary:

Paralyzed by poetry? Clueless about the classics? Mystified by muses? Then this compilation is just the book for you. Written with a light touch in accessible English, it explores a variety of themes that have concerned all of us at one time or another. If you have ever been out of your depth at a conference, lost at a job fair, or wondered why you should keep your powder dry, then you will immediately relate to the verses inside.

Encounter Robert Frost in the woods of New England, soar with Shelley's nightingale, embolden Keats' knight, and find out what really happened to the monster Grendel. Meet two of the Muses, members of that classical group that have stirred the artistic endeavors of poets, musicians, and actors for centuries. Immortal they may be, but here they are shown to have very human emotions and enthusiasms.

Erato, Muse of lyrical and erotic poetry, simply cannot take no for an answer; her warrior sister, Calliope, is reduced to pleading for another epic to be written. In this audiobook, you will find philosophy, romance, and a love of nature as well as disturbing thoughts regarding the future of our planet. Hopefully most of the poems will raise a smile; some may linger in the mind, and others provide food for further reflection. Enjoy!
