Not very impressed

Luckily I bought this as a full box set and on sale. Otherwise I wouldve been even more disappointed and frankly may not have picked up the next books to finish. I didnt buy into the love story. There wasnt the same connection you get out of so many other series. Im not sure that the narration helped though as it seemed very monotonous. Frankly I kept thinking, this is how it would probably sound if I read it aloud...

Extremely hot & erotic

This was my first book of hers. It was so amazingly descriptive and detailed. This erotic romance didn't disappoint. Can't wait to read more of hers. Was unsure of narrator at first, but she turned out to be really good.

AREA OF NO RETURN

What can I say though other than this is Sky Corgan writing as HOT as ever with a beautiful love story with a HEA but with having the struggles, resistants & heartbreak of 2 people who are poles apart.

The Only bit I think that was missing was wondering why Damien couldn't handle being tied up & spanked, that's an area I would've loved to have a little insight of.

Sorry to say I Found narrator Megan Solessic had quite a dull monotone voice, even though she did try to lower & have 'exited' voice it just didn't quite hit the mark

I loved this story. It is the second book in the Make Me Series. Riley Murphy wrote an excellent story and it was told beautifully by Kai and Wen. I think they did an excellent job narrating this story and I look forward to listening to the third installment.

Be aware: this is very good erotica - NO romance

I knda wish I hadn't read this book. It hss no heart, and it's not supposed to have heart. It is very effectively written porn - not that there's anything wrong with that. The book is all sex held together with a thin skeleton of a plot about one friend helping another friend expand her sexuality. It's fun, friendly, happy, satisfying, really hot sex scene after really hot sex scene. Lots of detail and variety; well written and interesting; a nice sex manual, in a way.

If that's what you're lookkng to read, then this is a great book for you. (Be aware; it's plain vanilla, virtually no kink.)

The book has taught me I need more. As a reader, I crave a growing emotional interaction along with the budding sexuality. I need to feel some romance, and I want it to be lesding somewhere. I believe in the love spark, and all the delicious and heady blaze of deeper connection between two people that can fire up..

This book has all the characters acting like men. Maybe today's young women can actually separate sex from emotional attachment as thoroughly as this book presumes... but I fear that boundary cannot be maintained for long by most women without denying a vital part of themselves. If nothing else, our estrogen makes we women crave more, hope for more, seek out more in our lives. If you want to experience the best life has to offer, please be open to love.

I loved reading Between Brothers: An Erotica Novel, all about Marisa who is in her late twenties and has been married for a long time, but every time her marriage hits a snag her husband John decides they need a six month break away from each other. Sexy book for long evenings

What did you love best about My Kinky Boss?

I loved the story, from the beginning as it develops till the end. It builds up excitement. I've seen kinky relationships being romanticised recently in press and tv but not all stories are successful in keeping interest and suspense. I like the narrator's voice as well, it fits this story. This story does have a lot of spice!

Maria is my absolute favorite character, a bit naive and frightened in the beginning, but drawn to her "kinky boss" afterall.
