This book of Zeus Milton is indeed a good read.
This book is about Buddhism and the philosophy behind it. This book talks about Nirvana, which practically means it is an experience where one neither feels any suffering, desire, nor sense of self and we being the suubject, are released from the effects of karma.Also, Mindfullness and Zen are also explained and how we can integrate it in our way of life.This book of Zeus Milton is indeed a good read.

Buddhism is a very good topic to read because it tackles lots of things and it connected to Buddhism. I want to learn more about Buddhism because of what it can bring to us that is why I have this book now. This book imparted me with the knowledge about the history of Buddhism and the noble eight fold path. I understand a little the meditation in this book because some of the explanation is not that explained very well like in the other topics.

This is an absorbing book to date. Iâve tried several techniques to attain that inner peace Iâm longing for but sadly I wasnât successful in doing so.
