You will inevitably run into people and situations that will tempt you to lower your standards, your values even your posture (LOL)– I feel that and I completely understand the temptation. In the words of our forever First Lady, Michelle Obama, “when they go low, you go high!” Just let it go! 

Before you lower anything about yourself, walk away from the argument, the person, or the situation - whatever you need to walk away from to maintain your personal posture of peace.  Allow your emotions time and space to return you to your center.

Grief comes intrusively at all the wrong times, especially during the Christmas holidays. This episode is an interview with my friend and Author Tasha Moody - who is well acquainted with grief in that she, the same as me, lost her daughter.
