Get Up, Get Going & Find Your Ikigai with Sujatha (RJ SueJ)

Does being a 'successful' IIT/ IIM alumnus mean just reaching the top of the corporate ladder and enjoy staying right there? Or is it sometimes ok to be able to step slightly out of the 'box' that's been specifically designed for you?

Meet Kazi, the simple yet super sharp investor, who spent two decades of his life in the financial services corporate world working in private equity and earlier investment banking, yet is now the master of his own time and searching for his Ikigai. In this episode, Kazi talks about his love for investing and how it aids him in this pursuit, and also reveals more about his secret obsession with ............... now I know you will listen to this one for sure :-) I hope you enjoy this very interesting conversation with  the very humble and astute Kazi. Will look forward to your valuable feedback at my insta handle @suej76 or my email : [email protected]

In this episode, Sujatha speaks to Shilpa Bharatan Iyer who runs a home based boutique bakery that specialises in cinnamon rolls, breads, sourdough breads and jams. Imagine a 3rd generation journalist who's got stuff going for her just the way it should, earning her dough doing just the thing the world expects her to. And one day the smell of freshly baked bread gets her straight to kneading the dough to make the next batch .. and knowing this is just what she always wanted to do.

Sounds really bollywoodisque I know, yet its happily true . The metamorphosis of cute little Shilpa to the sassy Yo Maami is the stuff that true Ikigai is made of. And I know the added bonus is the smell of the promised Sourdough bread that lingers through the episode. You are surely going to enjoy this one!

In the 2nd episode, You will be as excited as Me to meet RJ Pankaj - aka Hero Hiralal /Khiladi No.1 - .. and still going strong.

He's someone who continues to inspire me with his Never-Give-Up attitude and his true dedication to Ikigai as I have observed over the many years I have known him. A man of many many talents , yet someone so humble and inspirational. Tune in now for some awesome inspiration and fun conversation.
