Not much about pregnancy - still decent

Most of this story is vanilla human-human sex. The alien scene is in the last fifth of the story, and doesn't go on for very long. The scene is also preceded by a rather jarring shift in pacing and tone - a redshirt suddenly dies (somehow - the alien is in a sealed chamber, so the crew are rather quick to blame it for killing a guy) and the story rushes on from there. It's like the author had this big idea in mind, but suddenly remembered there was some kind of length limit on her story and had to quickly land things before the deadline.

Also, the pregnancy mentioned in the blurb gets about three sentences, and three story ends suddenly on a dark note. hopefully, the sequel will take things further. otherwise this whole series will have been a waste of time.

Short & Sexy

Personally I like a little more meat to my stories but I knew going into this book that it was only 45 minutes long so it couldn't have much meat. For a 45 minute long audiobook this was pretty hot! The writing was good and I'd love a full story written by this author, especially if Lily Horne narrated it! The narration was incredible! This is my 3rd Lily Horne narration and she has the perfect voice for sexy stories. I think she adds an extra star to every book she narrates!

The premises of both stories are quite good but not fulfilled. They are both very short and unfortunately read like something you would find in a magazine like Penthouse. In the first the woman is essentially being molested and lets it happen. She has no personality. In the second this theme continues. This should be a free read as it is not up to the author's standards and he can be quite good when he puts his mind to it.

A short and teasing story

I was gifted a free copy of this audiobook in exchange for an honest review.

Sometimes I get a little ahead of myself and do not always read in between the lines. In this group that I am in on Goodreads, there are several independent authors and lots of up-and-coming narrators who have free copies of their books that they give out for getting honest reviews. I browse this section a bit and usually inquire about books that meet a certain criteria for me relatively short and a somewhat interesting plot.

For this book, it is quite short and I did not read very far into the summary to realize what kind of book it was until after I had inquired. Suffice to say, I do not usually read this kind of book but I did promise the author that I would leave a review and I want to stick to that promise!

This is the first book of this genre that I have read (listened to) and I did enjoy it. I thought the main character was well developed and the author did a good job of being descriptive enough for us to get a picture of what was going on. I really enjoy short stories that fully contain a plot with a beginning and end and this story did not disappoint. I also enjoyed the teasing that went on in this story it was well written.

I thought the narrator did a good job, especially with capturing the male voices. She reminded me of an American version of Clare Corbett from The Girl on the Train.

HAWT!

Great erotic story of an emerging exhibitionist who gets more and more bolder and daring. Wish it had been longer but it was good! So good! *wink*

Dare to Bare

Where does Classically Exposed rank among all the audiobooks youve listened to so far?

This is a new experience for me as this is the first audiobook I've listened to, so I have nothing to compare to, but my sister suggested I try it out as I love to read but don't always have time to just sit and enjoy a book. While I enjoyed the story, I actually found the narration a little off-putting at times, particularly the dialogue, and I think I prefer to 'hear' this in my own way from reading.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Catherine is so central to the story that actually pretty much all others are almost incidental.
