Publisher's Summary:
Billionaire Liam Manning has been too busy building his internet security empire to care about romance. So when a death-bed promise to his brother forces him to prove he can properly seduce a woman, Liam relies on his strengths. Hacking into an online dating site to find a suitable "love tutor" is as easy as it is logical.
All Lorelei Torres wants is a family and an honest man to love. After falling for one-too-many Mr. Wrongs, Lorelei's mother signs her up for an online dating site. Maybe it's time to let an impartial computer chose a man for her - especially if that computer plans to match her with sexy men like Liam.
But Liam's made a critical error. Lorelei has breached the firewall around his heart, and if he falls for her, he'll have to reveal his real identity - and his deception - to the only woman who's ever made him question why love isn't on his to-do list.

It was an okay story, minor flaws
The plot was interesting, and the storyline flowed nicely. There was just enough character depth, could have been more, but considering how short the novel is, I was impressed with the level. Overall, I mostly liked it, just a few small issues. Liam was too flip-floppy, heâd think one thing, than go back on it. Heâd start to care for her, but try and keep it âprofessionalâ, got repetitive and annoying after a few times. I also wasnât sure how I felt about the ending, donât know what to say about it other than Iâd have done it differently.
I think itâs funny that the author writes it to take place in San Francisco, obviously a place she has only just visited, and looking at her bio, she has never lived anywhere in the United States. Having lived the first 24 years of my life in the San Francisco Bay Area, I found a few irritating flaws, like inadequate travel time between places, etc. Also her word usage is off, in America we donât call a line at a coffee shop a âlineupâ, nor do we wear a âdressing gownâ, itâs a robe. We donât take a âholidayâ, we go on vacation, and people donât have a âcinemaâroom in their house, they have a theater or media room. I assumed, but had to look up what a âtea towelâ is, just a kitchen dish towel. This is just a pet peeve of mine, if a book takes place somewhere, the lingo should be correct.
Overall, it was a decent read, but I probably wonât read anything else by this author. Not for the current price, but Iâd recommend if it goes on sale and you have nothing else going on.
Money is a hinderance to true love?
For $.99 cents and just wanting something light and fluffy this book fit the bill: pure escapism - beautiful heroine on the rebound, handsome rich totally naive billionaire and friends, family and acquaintances pushing from both sides to have these two find love.
Although in the real world one would totally be scandalized that Liam/William would hack a dating site, cancel the prearranged date between two subscribers I was able to forgive this crime as it afforded the hero a chance to meet Lorelei, our heroine. Liam's totally out of touch with what a true love consists of, although he has dated, but he judges women as only allured by his wealth.
