Is masculinity toxic? There seems to be a stigma around the concept of masculinity, however, I believe it is about standing up for yourself, living your truth, and doing what you want to do in life.

In this episode, I talk about how society has created a negative connotation around the word ‘masculinity’ and how I believe we need to redefine what it really means. What’s the first thought that runs through your mind when I say, “No more Mr. Nice Guy”?

Well, I’m not encouraging you to stop being polite, to start treating everyone badly, or whatever negative thought comes to mind. None of that! All I’m saying is, sometimes nice guys fail to live in their own truth. Especially in their relationships with women, they try so hard to please them – or they act the way they imagine ladies would want – that they end up being doormats and losing respect exactly from the ones they try so hard to be nice guys for.

Before struggling so hard to be the nice guy, try instead focusing on yourself first. Focus on finding your passions, your purpose in life, and living in your truth. This strategy works best in finding women that align with you, that respect you, that look up to you – and in the end, women that will be by your side no matter what.
