Jennifer and Brandon went back to their origins from their first-ever collaboration to talk about a topic that never gets old and only grows in importance, networking. They provide clear tips, stories, and insights on how you can expand your network, where you can network, and how best to network in order to achieve a successful result. Write down the problem that you solve, and the group of people you solve it for and the time frame you solve that problem in.

Join others and allow if not encourage them to suffer.

Yet give that suffering purpose by asking where are you going together so they can heal?

Compassion without accountability = Nowhere.

Accountability without compassion = Alienation.

You can choose the emotion not the situation.

Compassionate accountability partners matter.

The Year of the PIVOT

Brandon Maslan and Jennifer K. Hill discuss how 2020 was the year of the PIVOT for organizations and job seekers alike.
