Just kidding (sorta)! Weddings present as the perfect opportunity not just for celebration but also for reflection and showing how much we love and value those nearest and dearest to us. In this episode, we'll chat about all the unexpected sentimentalities from the big day and all the moments that made me both take a screenshot in my head and think about how much me and my family are changing.

Does picking up a new hobby make you feel pressure and the need to be productive? In this episode I argue that the only purpose of your little crafts and hobbies is to bring you joy and satisfaction.
While some of these activities are (unfairly) labelled as 'old people' activities, we will debunk this myth together and prove that these slow, hands-on hobbies are making a comeback for everyone, of every age. Bringing happiness and mindfulness into our lives, embracing hobbies *without* turning them into a productivity project or side hustle can bring us all so much joy.
Life is too short not to do things just for fun - so let's explore and create with out personalised crafts. <3

I have a fever ... Disco Fever! (What am I loike)
Disco has historically been my favourite genre of music and I'm so excited to share with you why. Whether alone or with others, the music never fails to make me move. Let's explore what I consider to be one of the most colourful, exciting and vibrant genres of music together and understand why it makes us all wanna boogie.
From the fashion to the feeling, this episode and its exploration of Disco will make you desperate to play Donna Sumer, Diana Ross and so many more incredible kings and queens of the 70s.

When new year comes it's easy to focus on what's ahead: challenges, goals, changes ... but why do we forget to relish in all we've accomplished (and survived) from the previous year?
I'm here to force you to celebrate all you've done this year, 2024, and to remember that any goals we do set for the new time ahead must be kind and achievable! Let's work through these goals together and use our year passed as fuel to rocket us into the year ahead.
I believe in you and Happy New Year!

Finishing uni is one of those big changes all of us have to face and dread - saying goodbye to late night pub trips, night out stories and the library sessions we survive with our mates. Now, with a job on the horizon, the excitement of what's next collides with bittersweet feelings of leaving everything behind and having to start anew.
If you're on a cusp of a transition in your life, let's complain and cope together. We can navigate this uncertainty together and find our footing.

Let's keep it simple.
From ways we dress to ways we live, simplicity means more than just the way we present but how and why. To make that more simple (get it?), filtering through the fluff and noise and being authentic in ourselves is the simplest way to live. Not only an aesthetic choice, simplicity can impact our ways of living and our feelings too.
Let's explore this together and figure out what it really means to keep it to a minimum.

This week's episode is less of a practical advice session and more a confession. While not feeling well in yourself is unpleasant, we mustn't forget the first step we took in reaching this far. That is, reflection and admitting to not feeling well.
Let us talk together about how we feel and how we are doing, without the need for always having a plan or solution. Listening together and working together on this matter is the way forward for all of us.
I love you lots and appreciate your listening.
Kisses

How're my accomplishments, needs and wants getting lost in translation? That's what we explore together in this episode.
Deriving pleasure from different places as you develop is natural, but how do we measure that pleasure and how does it feel when your sense of accomplishment hasn't caught up with your new goals? Oftentimes disheartening or just completely at a loss.
We will native this ambiguous feeling together and try to redirect ourselves toward better-adjusted measurements of success for us, for now and for what we want.
Join me in this episode of Get(h)in Loser! and we can try to be less confused together x

In this episode of Get(h)in Loser! I stress to you the importance of celebrating all things worth celebrating (spoiler, it's everything you do). I may be stressed with uni work, job applications and the plan for the near future but I can and should always celebrate all that I do. The very same applies to you.
Concentrating on perspective and actively calming yourself down, this episode aims to help you appreciate all you've done today, no matter how seemingly small. We've got this. What? I don't know, but we do have it.
