Infertility can make you deal with the uncomfortable! Well at least the physical side of things with so many random strangers looking up your lady bits. But what about the emotional side of things. I know this was and still is one of the hardest things I’ve had to deal with during my infertility journey. Pushing away and protecting ourselves for the worst comes easily and naturally.

If an uncomfortable emotion came up, I’d push it away & say “it doesn’t matter” & infertility made this magnify. “Having kids isn’t all it’s cracked out to be.” Getting comfortable with the uncomfortable during your infertility journey can not only help you during the rough times right now. But it can as help you break through some limiting beliefs and become the mom you have always dreamt of being- a better version of your self.
