Authority doesn’t come from the loudest voice but the wisest and the one who has the power to see it through. That’s the Lord and Him alone. That frightens some and reassures others, but when we realize our God is a God of love, it frees us to surrender. We turn to Ecclesiastes chapter eight and receive insight on God’s loving and wise authority, in this world.
