Guess how many people left the work force in April 2021? I'll give you a hint, it was a record all-time high. Drum roll........4 MILLION! That is 4 million people leaving the work force and not going to look for another job. That is 4 million people that had that moment "I am done with this job I am not passionate about" and are seeking an alternative route.

You know what that tells us? 2020 shook people up. It rattled us to the core and forced us to evaluate life as it is. It busted up the status quo. 

Now a record number of people are following their gut, their heart, their passions and becoming the CEO of their life. That is powerful and empowering. It tells us "I can do this too!"

It's not about being fearless, as if there is a complete lack of fear in our lives. It's about acknowledging fear will be a part of your life, especially if you are looking to fulfill your purpose, your destiny and do great things in the world. Fear will be along for the ride. Just make sure its in the back seat and not making decisions.

Dear Fear,

Courage and I are about to go on a road trip together.

I understand you’ll be joining us, because you always do. 

I realize that you believe you have an important job to do in my life and that you take that job seriously.

But I will also be doing my job on this road trip, which is to work hard and stay focused on what I can control. And courage will be doing its job.
