Today my guest is one of the most inspiring women I know - Rachelle Garcia Seliga. Rachelle Garcia Seliga is a Mother, Wife and Midwife who is midwifing a cultural shift through her teachings, trainings and in-person experiences. She is a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM)— through the North American Registry of Midwives (NARM) who completed 8 years of traditional midwifery apprenticeship, spanning both the US and Mexico. Rachelle embraces the original meaning of the word ‘midwife,’ which is caretaker of the people's health from ‘womb to tomb.'  Hands-on, life experience informs all of Rachelle’s work, and forms a strong basis of INNATE Postpartum Care - Certification Training, where students learn simple, empowering modalities that bring about true healing and vibrant health for postpartum Mothers and families.
