Adrienne Bailon Houghton was discovered at the age of 14 by Ricky Martin when she was singing in a church choir. She went on to have a string of successes with the girl group 3LW before becoming an actress, entertainer, entrepreneur, co-host on the popular daytime television talk show, "The Real," as well as host of her own show on YouTube, "All Things Adrienne."
