If you set a goal and it’s really important, don’t let false and limiting beliefs hold you back. On the surface, it may be inconvenient to block time to work on the things that matter but trust me, afterwards, you will be glad you did.

It’s not your job to defend yourself or change other people. Your job is to show up as the best version of yourself--this becomes a lot easier when you learn to NOT take things personally.

There are no excuses—only choices.

You make a choice, and either it works or it doesn’t get the results you want—either way you made a choice.

The only thing standing between you and what you desire are the crazy stories you keep telling yourself as to why you cannot achieve something.

Every day, a leader has a unique opportunity to have a positive and meaningful impact on those they work with. 

Understanding and appreciating others is essential to getting results. Effective leaders take the time to connect with others to find out what matters most—to them. 

Give yourself permission to say NO to those things that no longer serve you so you can create space for something better to emerge.
