Alignment is where we gain traction from clarity.  When our people, teams and resources are aligned to our clear vision and goals, we are on our way to success.  Assessing alignment in every aspect of our organization and making adjustments when we see misalignment is critical to getting results.  In this episode, we will discuss the power of adjustments. 

Aligning our people, teams and resources to our clear vision, mission and values is the next step toward success.  In this episode I introduce my Model for Alignment as we lay the foundation for the next phase of organizational success. 

Developing clear vision, mission and values, being clear about strategies, goals and expectations is what allows us to effectively align our people, teams, resources, standards and efforts toward reaching those goals and ultimately accomplishing the mission and vision.  In this episode, we discuss some simple steps to developing clear Vision, Mission and Values.

Comparing our end results to the clearly expressed picture of the vision for those results is Closing the Clarity Loop.  Being sure to avoid the trap of looking at results simply against a desired outcome, and not a documented outcome, is challenging and rewarding.  When we hold ourselves accountable to a clearly expressed goal, we will be more likely to put the work of gaining clarity into the beginning of the process.  We will also be more likely to hold ourselves accountable throughout the process.  This is what gets results.

We talk about it, plan by it and expect that everyone is following clarity.  That is a great start.  However, if we leave out this critical next step, we undermine all that hard work.  In this episode, we will discuss what is likely the most important part of building a culture of clarity.
