A good introduction

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

For someone who has practiced meditation, yoga, or who is a therapy regular, this book will not be incredibly helpful, as no new information is introduced. Such a person may also find it reductive. However it could be a great first step to someone who has not yet learned about any of the above and who needs a bit of guidance as to what techniques may be a starting point. It gives a brief overview of some helpful techniques (with a focus on therapy/counseling) that people in need may investigate to get some clarity and peace.

The narration is lovely, and CaseyJonesCaseyJones's voice is soothing and appropriate for the topic at hand.

Was Perfect Life worth the listening time?

It was much shorter than I expected (29 minutes) so it was a good way to spend a commute home.

Any additional comments?

Would love a follow-up that goes more in-depth for those of us who are already familiar with the concepts of higher self, meditation and therapy. More of a "how to", perhaps, on how to really connect to and listen to one's higher self.
