Angella Rainford is the CEO and Founder of Soleco and Rekamniar Frontier Ventures (“Rekamniar”). This force of nature co-developed the largest solar plant in the English speaking Caribbean and the largest in Jamaica (51 MWp).

She worked her way up the ranks at some of the most recognizable names in finance, beginning her career as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company in New York, then worked at Goldman Sachs in the Merchant Banking division in London and New York, as well as at Sterling Stamos group.

 

Angella has served as an Advisor and Board Member of numerous organizations and has learned to equilibrate her passion for business with her vocation for music as a classical pianist.

Diane Henderson is the President of the Trinidad and Tobago Olympic Committee on her third quadrennial from 2022 to 2025. She has 30 years of experience in sport management with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology.

 

She held the position of Chair of the Women in Sport Commission, Chef de Mission of the Commonwealth Games Gold Coast as well as Pan Am Games Toronto and Lima, and was Assistant Chef de Mission in the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, as well as the Chairperson to the Trinidad and Tobago International Marathon Committee for 13 years and past executive of the Trinidad and Tobago Triathlon Federation where she continues to actively participate as a Technical Officer on the World Triathlon Multi-sport Committee.

Dr. Shenilee Hazell is a simply a force of nature. She's the first female dentist to serve as a Colgate ambassador in the Caribbean all while building a sensational business from scratch with a cult like following. She's vibrant, energetic and unstoppable. She is certified by the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh, UK and graduated from graduated University of Bristol. She is the Founder and Director of Smile Inn Dental, the only emerald-level Invisalign provider in the Caribbean.

As the leader of an all-female team of dental surgeons and highly qualified supporting clinical staff, Dr. Hazell is committed to constantly developing her team's knowledge and keeping everyone up to date with evolving techniques and cutting-edge technology in the dental field. Her team is redefining customer service in the country, raising the bar considerably.

Chitra Rajeshwari is an accomplished infectious business leader who heads Avasant’s Foundation, which was recognized by the Clinton Global Initiative for its Youth Empowerment initiatives in Jamaica and Haiti in 2015 and 2016. She received a Stevie award in 2018 and the Red Ladder award for Women in business in 2020. Chitra also acts as Lead chair for Women Empowerment, Leadership, and Diversity chapter.
