Today I speak with high school teacher Rory Olwyn about his journey of staying healthy while finding his identity as a teacher, and his passion for setting positive examples of male energy for his students. We also talk about some of his practices to stay healthy and energized, and how investing in his non-teaching self actually amplifies his impact as an educator.
