We’ve all heard the phrase, “Teamwork makes the dream work.” Maybe this one as well, “You can’t do everything yourself.” Over the past 18 years of business, whenever I was confronted with the idea of turning my business of one into a team-based endeavor, I wanted to prove that I could be the exception. I didn’t want to bring anyone else in for multiple reasons, but mainly because I didn’t know where to start.
