In this episode of the podcast I was lucky enough to chat with  Gez Medinger, I appreciate Gez being a guest on this episode and sharing elements of  his own Long Covid journey and much more.
Those who are familiar with Gez will know he has done a great deal for the Long Covid /MECFS community, using his YouTube channel to raise awareness, while participating and leading on research  and providing  educational videos on Long Covid and post viral conditions . Gez has interviewed and worked with some of the worlds leading clinicians and regularly makes interviews and  information available on his channel. The videos are educational and informative, if you have not watched them I have included the link in the show notes.
We also discuss the book; The Long Covid Handbook, which Gez co wrote with Professor Danny Altmann and how the book encompasses Long Covid and everything that is known to date. This is available from Penguin health handbooks, the link is in the show notes from this episode.
