The renewing of the believers mind is one of the most simplest things you will ever have to do in this lifetime, but sometimes we make it so complicated that even we our self's fail to understand it .

For example when we were born into this earth as infants , we knew nothing not even how to talk, walk , but just look at yourself now !.

But just look at yourself now , you not only know how to talk and walk but can do much, more like driving a car, truck, go shopping, have degrees, exec .

Every bit of this came though the process of the renewing of the mind .

Yet when it comes to God and our relationship with him we some how loose focus and make the renewing of the mind so complicated the even we can't understand it.

Yes every think that we know came though the renewing of the mind.

it just means the exchange of information , you are exchanging what you do not know for what you do know , and being empowered by that knowledge to do great and wonderful things which takes you to property, enjoyment of life.

But in the case of the kingdom of God it is replacing the things which he hates for things which comes from him and his kingdom though the born again experience which was made available though excepting his son Jesus Christ.

Do you as a believer sometimes find your self not sure, if God is holding your slip ups and mess ups against you as a believer in his son Christ Jesus ?

Well i use to be one of those believers who though for many years that he dose hold it against you , because i was going by what people said instead of what God's word said .

For many many years i stayed constantly defeated and unhappy about this subject until i had a wake up call from the Holy Spirit, who told me that according to Romans 8:1 that there is no condemnation to those in Christ Jesus, because the Spirit of life in Christ has sent me from from the Law of Sin and death.

Friends the Law of Sin and death is what Israel was under when they were under the Law of Moses and the ten commandments .

Look at verse 2 of Romans 8:1-2 it says who walk or live not according to the flesh but according to the spirit .

Do you know what that scripture means friends ? it means according to those who live according to their born again human spirits - which was made alive when they excepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior .

You see the people under the Law of Moses and the ten commandments were not saved , because Jesus had not came and died on the cross for the sins of the world back then, so those people were unsaved people trying to do saved things back then.

This is why that scripture in Romans 8:2 said for those who live according to the spirit and not according to the flesh ( according to the flesh ) means trying to please God accord to what you do and do not do - instead of what Jesus Christ has done on your behalf in his fathers sight .

This is why we find scriptures in the bible like Ephesians 2:6 which states that we as believers are seated with Christ in heavenly places .

This is part 2 in the series knowing the difference between your state and your standing .

The believers standing in God's sight, is based on what Jesus Christ provided on the believers behalf though his death and resurrection from the dead.

Jesus had no sins to answer for of his own because he was perfect as God is father is perfect, for he was both 100% fully man and 100% fully God, in other words Jesus was the God man.

But as we know a Spirit dose not have blood and can't die, but if he became fully human he could have blood to take to the cross, and could also die for the sins of the world.

That's what happened, God became a human though his son Jesus the man. then he also rose from the dead though Christ which is the other side of Jesus the man's person .

Romans 8: 11 says - But if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies though his spirit who dwells in you.

Can you see in that verses of scripture that Jesus the man did the bleeding and dying, but Christ the Holy Spirit raised him from the dead, and will do the same for everyone who believes on the Messiah Jesus so Jesus is your standing in Gods sight and everything that belongs to him also belongs to each and everyone who receives him as their Lord.

Therefore your state is what's happening in your life from day to day, and it changes like the wind.

But your standing never changes because it is based on what Jesus did on your behalf, and not on you as a person.

The believers state changes like the wind , because it is earthly, and dependent on whats happening around or to you.

Like one day you wake up and everything that could go wrong is going wrong, then you may wake up and feel like your on top of the world, or your walk with the Lord seems to be going great for you , but that is called your state . But it has nothing to do with your standing in Gods sight, because your standing is based on what Christ has done on your behalf, though his death and Resurrection .

God dose not see the believers sins and slip ups because they were placed on Jesus Christ on the cross, and when he died they died with him, and when he rose from the grave , he left them in the grave .

Then he rose on the 3rd day into a brand new reality which is called the new birth according to 2 Corinthians 5 17 which says if anyone is in Christ they are a new creation, old things have passed away behold all things are become new.

Note: the old things which has passed away is, that sin nature which we received though Adam, also that old relationship with Satan, and everything which dose not glorify Christ Jesus our Lord and savior .

But the new things which has come is being placed in the family of God, with all of the blessings which go with being in his family . and as we get our minds renewed in the knowledge and truth of the kingdom of god, it change out thoughts and actions to be inline with holiness, righteousness, and peace wit God. for this is our Standing which the blood of Christ Jesus made possible for the believers in Christ in God the fathers sight .

I was one of those kind of believers who was always unsure were i stood in Gods sight , because i did not understand the full scope of the work which Christ did, in his fathers sight concerning the believer, until many years after being saved.

2 Peter 3:18 Says - but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

I did not even know that this scripture was in the bible when i first got saved, but thank God i found out about it, and began to grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ, and it made a wonderful difference in my life until this very day many years later, i no longer live in fear of not being excepted in Gods sight.

because thought the Holy Spirits teaching i finely understood, why Paul said in Galatians 2: 20 . I have been crucified with Christ , it is no longer I who live but Christ lives in me.

The I which Paul is talking about is that old nature which loves to sin because of being born into this earth as a resort of receiving that fallen nature which he inherited though Adams fallen nature when he disobeyed God in the garden of Eden .

This is the I which Paul is talking about in Galatians 2: 20 . that part of the believer was taken away though dying with Christ.

For when that part of Paul's being was taken into the grace when Jesus died, He lift it in the grave when he rose from the dead.

Jesus rose from the dead with a brand new reality of 2 Corinthians 5: 17 - Therefore if anyone is in Christ they are a new creation old things have passed away , behold all things are became new . this is just one of the many blessings which Jesus brought with him when he rose from the dead .

But Paul knew and understood this concept, and embraced it in his walk with God in this earth were there's sickness, stealing, killing and destroying , as mentioned by Jesus as he walked this Earth doing the will of his Father over 2,000 years ago .

Jesus's birth was for told to the serpent by God himself after Satan used it to tempt Eve but his real gold , was to get to Adam . Genesis 3:35.

The name Jesus means Emanuel, God with us .

I will get to the name part in a moment, but first i want to show my readers why God had to become a man .

Point 1. - God is a spirit and a spirit dose not have blood to offer up as a offering for sin.

Point 2. God being a spirit is not subject to dying , for only as a man could he die which is the second reason why God had to become a human being.

Point 3. The Earth was lost though a man so it would take a man to win it back, next The Law was given by Moses but, it was trying to change unsaved human beings which still had a sinful nature in them because of Adam.

All of these and more is reasons why God had to become a man, which would include women and children .

Now let's get to the name part if you notice none of Jesus disciples referred to him as Christ, except the one time when Peter said you are the Christ the son of God in Matthew 16:16 .

But that was only one time in 3 and a half year ministry other then that he was always called rabbi or teacher, for he was for filling ,what was spoken about him though the Law and the prophets , even Jesus said the scriptures must be for filled - Matthew 26:54 .

So only a human being could bring mankind back to God.

Now let's get to why Jesus name changed from Jesus to Christ Jesus are you ready to hear it ?

His name changed to Christ Jesus because that was his resurrected name, showing the Messiah in front of The man Jesus .

Because scripture says he was proven to be the Messiah though his rising from the dead read Romans 1: 4.

This is the last part of the series called benefits of being crucified with Christ.

This is part 3 in the series of Benefits of being crucified with Christ .

Many of you know that all humanity was already dead though Adam, and we did not have a choose in the matter because , we were not even born yet when Adam sinned in the garden of Eden , therefore we were made sinners without our consent or against our will .

But God's love for all humanity was so great that he gave his only son, so that we could be given a chance to choose what we want to do.

In order to be risen with Christ we must have did with him, as the Apostle Paul said in Galatians 2:20 .

Therefore it is very important to know what being crucified with Christ makes possible for the believer .

Point 1. All of that death and separation from God that we received with Adam when he sinned and fell into death and separation from God, is taken into the grave and is left there, Then when we rose with Christ we rose into a whole new relationship with God the father though his son.

This is why we are called children of God.
