Well, listeners. This episode is incredibly late. I apologize for that.
If you remember, the whole schtick of the show has been we're in a literal mansion called Rosewood Manor during the show, talking about ghosts up in the attic and crime down in the basement. And sometimes meeting in the sitting room for the in between stuff. Well, I regret to inform you that today we are in the sitting room of the manor and I am putting sheets over the furniture and boarding up the windows. For now, anyways.
I don't intend for this to be the permanent ending. This podcast has been such a big part of my life the last two years and I've truly loved doing it. I just need time right now. Time to process things, time to let work settle down, and time to figure out my best next step.
Even as I'm gone, though, anyone can still reach out at [email protected] or at gabbpodcast on socials. I just won't be putting out new content for a bit.
No matter what happens, I am so incredibly thankful for all of you, and for being part of such a supportive network.
But who knows, maybe there'll be a big comeback after a while. You know what Taylor Swift says, "I come back stronger than a 90s trend."
So, until next time, listeners, whenever that may be, stay spooky. Byeeeee
Love,
Lindsey
It's GABB's second birthday! For Lindsey, it's a little bittersweet for several reasons. But let's keep things light and fun this week. The show started with Irish Folklore, and Ireland is our newest location of listeners, so let's dive into some hauntings in Ireland!
Thank you to all of the listeners! You are appreciated every day, and especially on this milestone!

The new movie "Cocaine Bear" came out on Feb 24, but the real story is a much sadder one. And also somehow Cocaine Bear is a Kentucky Icon. Listen to this episode to find out how or why.

Happy Valentine's Day! Because my brain can't handle a themed episode that comes out a few days later than the actual holiday, this week's episode is releasing early!!! Here's some love stories that ended in hauntings! And, the tragic origination of St. Valentine's Day! Enjoy!
My newest obsession: Ninth House and Hell Bent by Leigh Bardugo. read it! I may do an episode around it in the future!

In this episode, Lindsey dives into the mysterious deaths of over 45 young men. Did they all coincidentally die the same way, or could a serial killer be the culprit? And listen to the end to hear about some creepy happenings of a possibly-paranormal nature in Lindsey's life.
*Note: I mention in this episode that I haven't done a split paranormal/true crime episode in a long time, but I completely forgot that I have in fact done so! The Not Deer episode covers the cryptid as well as a murderer caught on a trail cam. This isn't all that important, but I wanted to make a note that I was mistaken.*
Lindsey was interviewed on The Straight Up Living Podcast, hosted by Keith E. Smith! Listen to the episode here, or wherever you listen to Podcasts.

Happy New Year from GABB! It is officially the Year of the Number 23!
Lindsey starts the year off with the legend of the village of Hoer Verde, Brazil, that allegedly disappeared in 1923. Was it aliens? Some sort of inter-dimensional travel? Or something less out of this world? Listen to find out...
The Number 23 GABB Episode
This week marks the 100 year anniversary of the Rosewood Massacre. While it is not being covered in this episode, Lindsey felt it important to mention. Read up on it here.

We all know that Lindsey loves anime (just look at the Shinigami episode!). This episode, Lindsey seeks out the answer she's been wondering for a while: Why are there always demons attacking villages in anime?! To put it simply, yokai art! What are yokai? How does it go from yokai, to Edo era art, to modern day animes like Inuyasha and Demon Slayer? Listen and find out!

To those who celebrate, Happy Thanksgiving from GABB! This episode drops on Black Friday here in the US, which is a major retail "holiday," but simple holiday shopping can turn out to be....absolutely horrific. From stampedes, to shootings, to exhausted shoppers and workers, Black Friday isn't so great for a lot of people.
The episode also touches on a lesser known possible first "Thanksgiving" in St. Augustine, FL, that may still be haunted today.
