Today on the podcast I have YA author Shelley Sackier. Her newest novel is the YA romance/fantasy ‘The Antidote”. She is also the author of the historical romance “The Freemasons Daughter” and ‘Dear Opl’. In today’s episode we talk about her new book, her time in Scotland learning about whiskey and why it’s so important to embrace failure.  We also hear about Shelley’s life as ‘Frontierswoman’ in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia where she lives with her two children, a dog, a cat and two sheep.
