An enjoyable Thursday on Giddy Up. Gareth was live again from Eagle Farm and joined by Kelly Schweida off the top to preview his weekend runners. We heard from Gary Portelli ahead of Kimochi running in the Stradbroke Handicap & then had a good extended chat with Rob Heathcote about old warrior Rothfire before previewing his other chances on Saturday. Sam Freedman and SJ Miller previewed their stable ahead of the weekends racing before James Cummings fresh off the Hong Kong announcement joined Gareth for an update on his decision to commence training there in the 2026/27 season. The usual weekend preview gang joined to cover Eagle Farm, Rosehill & Sandown before giving their picks for the Giddy Up top four multi which is looking to bounce back this weekend.
