today i read the article isolation i wrote in 2020 when everyone was suddenly feeling isolated because of the COVID lock-downs, whilst for me it was business as usual. i then follow up on the progress i made since then, and how i am doing now.

today i read 'the alcoholic roundabout', an article about the relationship dynamic around alcohol dependency and the psychological consequences for everybody involved.

this week i read two blog posts: 'small steps' & 'change' as they're both about my transition journey and are quite short. in addition i discuss why it seems many trans & non-binary people in particular often adopt an anarchist philosophy in their lifestyle, which i argue is the reason trans people are being scapegoated more aggressively than other minority groups.

this episode i am reading my 2020 blog post 'coming out' & i discuss my experiences as well as how i am doing now.

in this episode i discuss my diagnoses of borderline personality disorder & dysthymic disorder, and tell you how it effects me on a day-to-day basis within my self, as well as in public spaces & community. i discuss the criminalisation & stigma with isolation as a result.
