Ramadan is here! It is called the best month for Muslims and is a chance for them to seek God and build their connection to Him. However Muslim women can feel disconnected from the month when their menstruation phase begins. During her period, she is not allowed to pray the 5 daily prayers and is no longer abstaining from food and drink. Gratefully this doesn't mean you have to miss the fast completely.
