David and Kelly offer a unique perspective on leadership.  This new epiphany stems from an unexpectedly challenging Kayak experience where they were both tested and thrust into discovering if they were compatible as a team, when all was on the line.  This was no "dry run".  They share not only their story, but their take aways and growth actions.
