The final episode in their 4-part series chronicling David's Orthowalk and all he absorbed on such a short journey.  Today's walk, in accordance with the theme of the day for Sundays, was focused on Gratitude.  The question to ponder is; do you actively seek out gratitude?  David asserts that once you become full of gratitude, it's far easier to put it into action and do things for others for them to be grateful for.  If you haven't meditated on this theory, there is no time like the present.
