Michelle and David go right at it.  An excerpt taken from their popular workshop on graduating from victimhood to survivorship, there are no holds barred in how they feel about those who roll over and not live life to the fullest.  David shares a great story illustrating what confidence and fortitude can do for you and what it looks like to settle.  

David and Michelle discuss the reality that your wellness impacts those around you more than you might think.  Therefore it is selfless to take great care of yourself and be as healthy as possible in body, mind and spirit. 

Michelle and David reflect back upon previous Nostradamus-style predictions David made almost 2 years ago and how incredibly accurate they were regarding attitudes toward jobs/careers.  David shares his strategy to combat the incredible mass exodus of workers from their positions.  Michelle reminds the listeners that the funshops contain su much mare. 

David and Michelle get a little harsh, but justifiably so as David presents a conundrum he's facing regarding a lack of gratitude in his sphere.  Michelle offers up great advice channeling the stoic in her.  David shares a couple contrasting stories of those he has experienced incredible gratitude with and those who just can't seem to bring themselves to become part of the beauty of humanity - almost allergic to it.  Where do you stand?  

Michelle and David make some obvious statements, but are they that obvious?  Who actually goes out with the intention of being remarkable enough to be remembered throughout their day.  David shares two stories about how he applied simple gestures to be remembered.  As he and Michelle say, "it starts with just giving a shit".  Do you give a shit?  Probably not - and it's time to fix that.  

Michelle and David make an obvious observation about humanity and human behavior.  Most of us avoid interaction with humans on a regular basis, when a simple acknowledgement could change the trajectory of someone's day.  When it comes to the homeless, almost everyone fails.  This is unacceptable and while RKM doesn't believe in shame, this may be the one case that it sanctioned and functional.  Do yourself and humanity a favor and make a plan to help someone in need every day - put something non-perishable in your car just in case.  You will thank us.

David and Michelle lament the ever growing abuse of terms from lazy idiots who don't bother to look up the definition of terms before use.  Worse, many abused terms become diluted after they are used as commonplace.  Worst of all, these terms are often fashioned into weapons.  David spotlights the term "Narcissism" as a perfect example of a popular buzz word that is deliciously ironic in that many who wield the term toward others actually tend to have more narcissistic tendencies then their prey.  

Michelle and David examine the backwards thinking of focusing so much attention on the first impression while it's the final impression that stays with those who had the experience - whether it be a business, personal relationship or partnership.  David shares a unique story of a recent employment candidate who exhibited a rare behavior and inspired this gift of the day.  

David and Michelle discuss the fine art of living your message.  Anyone can talk a good game, but when it comes to recognizing the unmet needs within yourself, despite being a master at doing it for others, it can be a challenge.  David admits that he went against his "rule for 2022" to stay true to leading by example.  A mystery woman has now entered his life and he is radiating positivity and self-ishly improving the quality of his life while sending a shockwave through the lives of others.  In like manner, his mystery babe is sending out the same vibes.  This stuff really works.  Come on in, the water is fine.  

David and Michelle discuss the language of leadership and the different dialects.  David shares a funny story from his observation of an interaction between a leader and a subordinate that was a lesson for both parties on communication.
