Her hobbies tend to last about 10 years and have included dancing, beekeeping, fell running and Pilates. Who knows what is next?!
Claire is ICF-accredited (ACC level) and Clarity Certified ® as a coach, and has trained in the Jon Kabat-Zinn methods of mindfulness. I listen deeply, ask the right questions, and help people find their way back to what they already know — because the answers are usually already there, buried under the noise.
