So last week we had part 1 of my  interview with Kendra Hagan.

I decided to split the interview in 2 parts because the topics we discussed were so insightful, had so many golden nuggets, and it deserved to stand by itself!

In this episode, Kendra and I discuss how more women need to see other women as their ally rather than competitor, how through self discipline and self awareness you can achieve anything your desire, and how mastery your thoughts will set you free.

Kendra also discusses her sobriety from alcohol. She walks us through how it started, why she got into drinking, and the moment she decided it was time to quit alcohol cold turkey!

AS we wrap up the interview Kendra leaves us with the advice she would tell her younger self if she could go back.

Something feels different going into 2023 and I know I am not the only one who is feeling this!

6 months ago I promised myself I would quit smoking to regain control over my life and to realign with myself.

I accomplished that goal which is so exciting! -RIGHT?

Well I knew the day would come that I would eventually smoke again but I was nervous to find out whether I wouldn't enjoy it anymore or would I reawaken the monster inside of me?
