A writer's biggest enemy is often themselves! When perfectionism and the inner critic are a little too loud, it can keep us from sharing our work. This one thing I learned helped me tame my inner critic, and hopefully it'll help you, too!

Writing action or fight scenes are often tricky for most authors. How these scenes are written can make or break a story. I used to hate writing fight scenes, but now I love them (and I love helping others edit them)!

Many writers start off their stories with a message in mind, but then it often comes across as preachy. You don't have to sacrifice (and you shouldn't) the story for the message--and here are some helpful tips on avoiding lecturing your audience!
