Adani Power's shares saw a 4.98% increase, Ambuja Cements saw a 3.75% increase, and ACC saw a 2.24% increase.

However, two other Adani Group companies, Adani Transmission and Adani Total Gas, continued to experience a decline. Adani Transmission's shares fell by 5%, while Adani Total Gas saw a loss of 4.99%. Despite this, the day was good for most of the Adani Group's companies, with their shares performing well.

The rise in Adani Group's shares comes after a report by Hindenburg Research that raised questions about the group's business practices and environmental compliance. Hindenburg Research alleged that Adani Group's companies had diverted funds from foreign investors to other group companies and that they had exaggerated the scale of their operations. The report also claimed that Adani Group had not disclosed significant financial and regulatory risks.

Despite this report, the Indian government and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) have said that they have not found any evidence of wrongdoing by the Adani Group. The group has also denied the allegations made by Hindenburg Research.

In conclusion, the reasons behind the sudden surge in Adani Group shares are still unclear. 1. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has banned the promoters of Adani Group, a large conglomerate, from the capital market for two years.

2. The ban is due to their involvement in manipulating the shares of Adani Enterprises Ltd, a subsidiary of Adani Group.

3. SEBI member TC Nair issued the ban on Monday, February 21, 2022.

4. The ban restrains the promoters of Adani from accessing the securities market either directly or indirectly, and also prohibits them from buying, selling, or dealing in securities for two years.

5. Investigations by SEBI revealed that entities connected with Ketan Parekh, a former stockbroker, had indulged in certain manipulative activities such as synchronised trading/circular trading and creation of artificial volume to influence the price in the scrip (a security) of Adani.

6. The Adani group and KP entities were found to have moved funds and shares between them, which were used to manipulate the securities market.

7. It was also found that the promoter entities of Adani traded in the scrip of Adani during the relevant period, which is from November 1999 to March 2001.

8. The Adani group contended that they were not aware of the counterparty for the sale transactions of 15.88 lakh shares executed through the broker Triumph International during this period.

9. The ban is a significant move by SEBI to crack down on market manipulation and protect investors.

10. The ban applies to specific promoter entities of Adani, namely Adani Agro Pvt Ltd, Adani Impex Pvt Ltd, Crown International, Shahi Property Developers Pvt Ltd, Adani Properties Pvt Ltd, Advance Exports, and Intercontinental India.

दिन भर घर के काम करने और खाना बनाने वाली महिलाओं के लिए खुशखबरी है. घरेलू कार्यों में उनकी मदद के लिए रोबोट तैयार हैं. वैज्ञानिकों का दावा है कि 2033 तक घर के कामों में लगने वाला लगभग 40% समय स्वचालित हो जाएगा. ऑक्सफोर्ड विश्वविद्यालय के नेतृत्व में एक अध्ययन के मुताबिक, कई घरेलू काम स्वचालित हो जाएंगे.

घर के ये काम करेगा रोबोट

विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार, रोबोट और एआई हमारे द्वारा बर्तन धोने में लगने वाले समय को 47 प्रतिशत तक कम कर देंगे, साथ ही घर की सफाई और भोजन पकाने में 46 प्रतिशत की कमी कर देंगे.और यह अच्छी खबर है अगर आप कपड़े धोने के दिन से नफरत करते हैं, जैसा कि विशेषज्ञों का अनुमान है कि एआई कपड़े धोने की प्रक्रिया के 43 प्रतिशत को स्वचालित करने में भी सक्षम होगा, और यहां तक कि सुखाने और इसे मोड़ने में लगने वाले समय को 44 प्रतिशत तक कम कर देगा.

यहां कम होगी इंसानों की जरूरत

किराना खरीदारी में मानव निवेश में दस वर्षों में सबसे बड़ी कमी देखने को मिलेगी. इस सेक्टर में 59 प्रतिशत प्रयास एल्गोरिदम और रोबोट को सौंपे गए हैं.घर के कामों की कभी न खत्म होने वाली सूची से भी राहत मिलेगी. विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि हम 10 वर्षों में इन थकाऊ कार्यों पर 39 प्रतिशत कम समय व्यतीत कर सकते हैं. पीएलओएस वन में आज प्रकाशित नए अध्ययन के लिए, शोधकर्ताओं ने यूके और जापान के 65 एआई विशेषज्ञों से यह अनुमान लगाने के लिए कहा कि पांच और 10 साल के समय में दैनिक कार्यों को किस हद तक स्वचालित किया जाएगा.
