गिरिजेश वशिष्ठ (KnockingNews) का official चैनल

पेरिस मशहूर फ्रांसीसी शोधकर्ता और वायरोलॉजिस्ट ल्यूक मॉन्तैनियर का 89 वर्ष की उम्र में निधन हो गया है। उन्हें एचआईवी वायरस को खोज के लिए 2008 में नोबेल पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया था। हालांकि, हाल ही में उन्हें कोरोना वायरस के बारे में भ्रम फैलाने पर आलोचना का शिकार होना पड़ा था। फ्रांसीसी अधिकारियों ने बताया कि पेरिस के एक अस्पताल में 8 फरवरी, 2022 को मॉन्तैनियर  का निधन हो गया।

एड्स होने की प्रक्रिया का किया था खुलासा

मॉन्तैनियर ने 1983 में स्यूमन इम्युनो डेफिशिएंसी वायरस (एचआईवी) की पहचान की और उस प्रक्रिया को समझाया जिसकी वजह से यह एड्स का कारण बनता है। इसके लिए उन्हें सहयोगी फ्रेंकोइस बरे-सिनौसी के साथ 2008 चिकित्सा के नोबेल पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया था। फ्रांस के राष्ट्रपति इमैनुएल मैक्रों ने उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि देते हुए कहा कि एड्स के खिलाफ लड़ाई में मॉन्तनियर का योगदान उल्लेखनीय था।

कोरोना महामारी के बीच भारत सहित कई देशों की सरकार वैक्सीनेशन को लेकर जनता को जागरूक कर रही हैं, साथ ही वैक्सीन लगाने की अपील भी कर रही हैं. इसी बीच कनाडा की सरकार ने वैक्सीनेशन को अनिवार्य कर दिया है. सरकार के इस फैसले के खिलाफ ट्रक ड्राइवर पिछले एक सप्ताह से विरोध-प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं. इसको देखते हुए कनाडा की राजधानी ओटावा के मेयर ने इमरजेंसी की घोषणा कर दी है.

मेयर जिम वॉटसन के अनुसार, शहर पूरी तरह से नियंत्रण से बाहर हो गया था. प्रदर्शनकारियों की संख्या पुलिस से अधिक है. उन्होंने कहा कि इस विरोध ने शहर के निवासियों की सुरक्षा के लिए खतरा पैदा कर दिया है. ट्रक ड्राइवरों ने ओटावा के डाउनटाउन क्षेत्र में चिंताजनक स्थिति पैदा कर दी है. कारों और टेंटों ने राजमार्गों को बाधित कर दिया है. बता दें कि इस 'फ्रीडम कॉन्वॉय' नामक प्रदर्शन की  शुरुआत सरकार के इस फैसले के खिलाफ शुरू हुई कि सभी ट्रक ड्राइवरों को कोविड वैक्सीन लगाना जरूरी होगा.  मेयर का कहना है कि ऐसी स्थिति में कोर्ट और सरकार के समर्थन की जरूरत है.

बता दें कि सरकार द्वारा वैक्सीनेशन अनिवार्य करने के विरोध में प्रदर्शनकारी 29 जनवरी को राजधानी पहुंचे थे. उन्होंने शहर की सड़कों के बीच पर अपने ट्रक खड़े कर दिए और टेंट और अस्थायी शेल्टर बना लिए. इसके बाद शहर के अधिकारियों में घबराहट और निवासियों में निराशा उत्पन्न हो गई, जिससे राजधानी में अराजकता की स्थिति बन गई थी.

 अगर रूस ‘टैंक और बलों’ के उई ईईसाथ यूक्रेन के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करता है तो रूस से जर्मनी के बीच अहम प्राकृतिक गैस पाइपलाइन ‘नोर्ड स्ट्रीम 2’ कायम नहीं रहेगी. 

उधर फ्रांस के राष्ट्रपति इमैनुएल मैक्रों वार्ता के लिए रूस में हैं 

 यूक्रेन के पास लगभग एक लाख रूसी बलों की तैनाती ने पश्चिमी देशों की चिंताएं बढ़ा दी हैं, जो इसे संभावित आक्रमण की शुरुआत के तौर पर देख रहे हैं.

रूस ने हमले की बात से इनकार किया

रूस ने अपने पड़ोसी देश पर हमले की किसी भी योजना से इनकार किया है, लेकिन वह अमेरिका और उसके सहयोगियों पर यूक्रेन या किसी अन्य पूर्व-सोवियत देश को नाटो (उत्तर अटलांटिक संधि संगठन) में शामिल होने से रोकने का दबाव बना रहा है. रूस ने क्षेत्र में हथियारों की तैनाती रोकने और पूर्वी यूरोप से नाटो बलों को वापस बुलाने की भी मांग की है. अमेरिका और नाटो ने रूस की मांगों को खारिज कर दिया है.

dreadful encounter in which her avatar was virtually sexually abused and gang-raped by other users in the Metaverse.

Nina Jane Patel, a mother, chronicled the entire scenario in a Medium blog post, alleging that it all transpired within seconds of her entering the virtual world. 

"Within 60 seconds of joining, I was verbally and sexually harassed by 3-4 male avatars, with male voices, who essentially, but virtually, gang-raped my avatar and took photos," she said. 

The 43-year-old went on to describe how she witnessed her avatar being sexually raped by a group of male avatars, who photographed her and gave her messages like "don't pretend you didn't love it."

Anyone who signed into Facebook's version of the'metaverse,' an online world in which users' avatars meet and communicate, as well as tour a rapidly increasing network of virtual destinations such as cities, country scenes, or cafes, could witness the torture firsthand. 

"A horrible experience that happened so fast and before I could even think about putting the safety barrier in place. I froze, " she added. "It was surreal. It was a nightmare.

कोरोना वायरस तीसरी लहर के बीच भारतीय वैज्ञानिकों ने एक ऐसी वैक्सीन तैयार करने का दावा किया है जो कोरोना वायरस के सभी वैरिएंट के खिलाफ प्रभावी हो सकती है। काजी नजरूल विश्वविद्यालय, आसनसोल और भारतीय विज्ञान शिक्षा और अनुसंधान संस्थान, भुवनेश्वर के वैज्ञानिकों ने एक पेप्टाइड वैक्सीन तैयार किया है, 

जिसको लेकर दावा है कि वो भविष्य में कोरोना वायरस के किसी भी वैरिएंट के खिलाफ बीमारी से रक्षा कर सकता है। वैज्ञानिकों के रिसर्च को जर्नल ऑफ मॉलिक्यूलर लिक्विड्स ने प्रकाशन के लिए स्वीकार किया गया है। रिसर्चरों ने कहा कि इस हमने ऐक ऐसे मल्टी-एपिटोप मल्टी-टारगेट काइमेरिक पेप्टाइड जो कोरोना वायरस के सभी छह मेंबर (hCoV-229E, hCoV-HKU1, hCoV-OC43, SARS-CoV, MERS-CoV) के खिलाफ एंटीबॉडी तैयार करने में सक्षम होगा।

15 साल पुराने वाहन 

एक देश दो कानून दिल्ली एनसीआर में वाहन की उम्र के हिसाब से तय होगा

बाकी देश में गाडी की फिटनेस देखकर फैसला लिया जाएगा

लेकिन सरकार ने ये लूट का नया तरीका खोजा है

देश के बाकी हिस्सों में अब 15 साल पुरानी पेट्रोल कार की फिटनेस करवाने पर अब पांच हजार रुपये लगेंगे जबकि अप्रेल 2022 से पहले ये रकम सिर्फ 600 रुपये हैं

बाइक 300 की जगह 1000

इम्पोर्टेड गाडी है तो ये रकम 10000 होगी और कार के लिए 40 हजार

बस ट्रक के लिए अब तक 1500 रुपये लगते थे अब 12500 रुपये लगेंगे

अगर फिटनेस में देरी हुई तो भी जुर्माना लिया जाएगा

अगर प्रदूषण कम करना है तो पुराने वाहन वालों को फिटनेंस में और राहत देनी चाहिए थी ताकि प्रदूषण वाली गाड़ियां खुशी खुशी फिटनेस में पकड़ी जा सकें. 

ये सरकार अपने अधिकारों का नाजायज फायदा ही तो उठा रही है

बात सिर्फ फिटनेस की फीस की नहीं कानूनों के दोहरे पन की है

19 अक्टूबर 2018 को सुप्रीम कोर्ट एक ऑर्डर देती है

कहा जाता है कि 15 साल पुराना पेट्रोल वाहन और 10 साल पुराना डीजल वाहन सड़क पर दिखे तो जब्त कर लो

आप जानते है कि इससे देश की अर्थव्यवस्था का क्या हाल होगा

महात्मा गांधी अपरिग्रह की बात करते थे , संसाधनों की बरबादी की बात होती है हमारे कपड़े जब तक खराब न हो जाएं हम नहीं फेंकते

दिल्ली एनसीआर में अकेले 3 लाख दुपहिया और 1 लाख चार पहिए के वाहन हर साल लोगों से छीने जाएंगे और जब्त कर लिए जाएंगे

अगर एक कार की कीमत 2 लाख और दुपहिया की कीमत 10 हजार भी मान लीजाए तो 2300 करोड़ की संपत्ति हर साल नष्ट होगी

जोर प्रदूषण पर होना चाहिए था. कारों के प्रदूषण की जांच होनी चाहिए थी लेकिन पूरी कार ही बदली जा रही है

प्रदूषण पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट से ज्यादा एक्सपर्ट नेशनल ग्रीन ट्रिब्यूनल है. ये स्पेशलाइज्ड कोर्ड है.

प्रदूषण के नाम पर फैसला हुआ है. अब प्रदूषण घटेगा या बढ़ेगा

जो लोग वाहन किफायत से चलाते थे या वाहन बहुत जरूरी होने पर घर से निकालते थे वो 

छीने जाएंगे इसलिए कह रहा हूं क्योंकि ये हामारी संपत्ति है

संविधान में संपत्ति का अधिकार है आखिर किस हक से सरकार हमारी संपत्ति जब्त कर सकती है.

अगर सार्वजनिक जरूरत से संपत्ति ली जा रही है तो मुआवजा देना चाहिए

अमेरिका की वाहन स्क्रेप पॉलिसी में इसका प्रावधान है

क्या संपत्ति जब्त करने पर मुआवजा नहीं देना चाहिए

अगर सरकार को आज सपत्ति जब्त करने का हक मिलता है. कल सरकार कहे कि 40 साल पुराने मकान को कह दिया जाएगा खतरनाक होते हैं. कोई बुलडोजर लेकर आ जाएगा. कोई लॉजिक तो होना चाहिए

रिटायरमेंट के बाद आदमी के पास उतना धन तो नहीं होता. एक गाड़ी खरीद लेता है. सोचता है इसके साथ ही बाकी की जिंदगी बिताऊंगा

उसकी गाड़ी महीने में एक बार और कभी छह महीने में एक बार ही निकलती है. 

दूसरी तरफ एक सेल्स का आदमी है. जिसे पूरे दिन एक से दूसरी जगह मीटिंग्स केलिये दौडना होता है. 

दोनों गाडियों का जीवन बराबर कैसे हो सकता है

पूरे देश में सरकार का कानून चलेगा और दिल्ली ऐनसीआर में सुप्रीम कोर्ट का. 

दस साल पहले आपने आपनी कार खऱीदी, रजिस्ट्रेशन कराया रोड टैक्स दिया अब सरकार कह रही है कि गाड़ी बेकार है

कोयी कानून पिठली तारीख से कैसे लागू हो सकता है जब आपने गाड़ी रजिस्टर की तब कुछ और कनून था

आज कुछ और कानून बता रहे हो

बेरोजगारी की बात की जा रही है

रोजगार देने के लिए कबाड़ कंपनी को क्या दे देश की संपत्त उठाकर दे दोगे

कार सेक्टर के रोजगार की सोच रहे हो. गाडी दस साल में रिटायर हो जाएगी सोचकर जो आदमी 

3 साल पहले से ही सर्विस कराना बंद कर देता है उससे क्या होगा

गाडी रिटायर होगी ये सचकर लोग रेतना शुरू कर देते हैं प्रदूषण का क्या होगा

वैज्ञानिकों ने आदमी के अंदर कोरोना वायरस डाला

कोरोना की बीमारी कृतिम रूप से पैदा करने की कोशिश की

सिर्फ आधे लोगों में इनफेक्शन हुआ बाकी को नहीं हुआ

इनमें भी ज्यादातर को माइल्ड सिम्पटम्स आए, गले में खिचखिच, नाक बहना, खुश्बू और स्वाद का गायब हो जाना

ये दुनिया की अपनी तरह की पहली ह्यूमन चैलेन्ज स्टडी थी

यूनिवर्सिटी 

हालांकि इस सटडी पर सवाल भी उठ रहे हैं कहा जा हा है कि ये नैतिकता की कसौटी पर सही नहीं उरतरी

इंपीरियल कॉलेज ऑफ लंदन और डबलिन के कमर्शियल क्लिनिकल रिसर्च ऑर्गेनाइजेशन ने संयुक्त रूप से इस स्टडी को किया है. 

इस चैलेन्ज में रहने वाले हर आदमी को 6200 डालर दिए गए जो कि करीब पौने पांच लाख रुपये होते हैं

सभी को दो हफ्ते के लिए लंदन के  रॉयल फ्री हॉस्पिटल के लिए सख्त आइसोलेशन में रखा गया

वैज्ञानिकों को लग रहा था कि इतने से काम नहिं चलेगा हो सकता है ज्यादा डोज डालना पड़े लेकिन हुआ ऐसा नहीं. इसडोज ने आधे के करीब लोगों को इनफेक्ट कर दिया

जो संक्रमित हुए थे उनमें वायरस तेजी से रेप्लीकेट हुआ

ड्राप डालने के दो दिन बाद इनमें पीसीआर टेस्ट पॉजिटिव आने शुरू हो गए

इनमें वायरस की हाई लेवल मौजूदगी 9 से 12 दिन तक पायी गई

बुखार कम लोगो को हुआ लेकिन छींक, नाक बहना और गले में खराश मेन सिप्मपटम रहे

रिसर्च का मकसद ये जानना था कि क्यों बड़ी संख्या में लोग कोरोना से संक्रमित नहीं हुए जबकि वो उसके संपर्क में आए थे

वैज्ञानिक इस बात को लेकर परेशान हैं कि ये वायरस दुनिया में पहला है तो अभी तक बड़ी संख्या में लोग वायरस से अपरिचित होने के बावजूद क्यों सुरक्षित थे

यही टीम ये भी पता करना चाहती है कि लोगों में वैक्सीन के बावजूद इनफेक्शन क्यों हो रहे हैं

अब अगली स्टडी होने वाली है उन लोगों पर जिनको टीके के बावजूद इनफेक्शन हो रहे हैं
