Somewhere along the way, many of us learned that it was safer to stay small than to be fully seen. Maybe it was rejection. Maybe it was comparison. Maybe it was fear of being misunderstood, criticized, or not enough. So, we hid. We watered ourselves down, questioned our voice, and convinced ourselves that later would be a better time.
In this episode of Girl, Heal., we're talking about the fear of visibility. We'll unpack the ways we hide behind perfection, people-pleasing, and self-doubt, and how healing requires us to stop shrinking in places God is calling us to stand. You don't have to become someone else to walk in purpose. You simply have to stop hiding the woman God has already created you to be.
Maybe this isn't the season to play it safe. Maybe this is the season to be seen.
