My tragedy is not going to change your outcome not sure if you thought it would but it’s not so stop comparing and give yourself some grace, that the worst thing your going through is still the worst thing YOUR going through.

At one point I was against it... but let me tell you, I wish I wouldn’t have been and would’ve gotten the help sooner.

Sometimes we just have to say no.

Sometimes we want help, and it’s frustrating when nobody understands what we’re going through.

There is a fine line.... let’s talk about it.
