I am a huge fan of the Housewives franchise, mainly New Jersey, Atlanta, Potomac and Beverly Hills, so this documentary was a must watch! Beverly Hills housewife Erika Jayne and her husband, legal titan Tom Giradi are in big legal trouble. Tom has been stealing from his clients while financing his wife's musical "career".
Finalizing the website where you will able be able to listen to the episodes as well as getting this Patreon underway to dive into more episode-by-episode coverage of documentaries like John Wayne Gacy: Devil in Disguise, WACO and that Ghislane Maxwell series!
The final episode in our Trial 4 coverage is here! The new District Attorney is about to be sworn in but what will the current people in power do about Sean's case? This episode also includes some updates from after the documentary stopped filming!
Hope you enjoy!

It's the penultimate episode! We meet the Democratic candidates vying for District Attorney of Suffolk County as Dan Conley decides to not seek re-election after 16 years in the position. Who wins will be an indication for what could become of Sean's fourth trial, it could either be thrown out or re-tried. We also dive into who, if anyone, received reward money. This episode is good, you don't wanna miss it!
Sean gets his first taste of freedom in 22 years and McNelley is here being a douche! This episode has it all!
"Hidden Link" goes into Detective Mulligan's finances and how they connect to Acerra, Robinson and Brazil and the corruption they had going on. Rosemary works to get this evidence in front of a judge in order to get a new trial for Sean.

This week we discuss episode 3 of the Netflix documentary series Trial 4. As Ellis and his lawyers recount his first jury trial, former jurors share their decision processes. A witness's statements are put to the test. My empath heart did not like seeing Sean cry. I can't believe a jury convicted him on such spotty and clearly shotty investigative work but let's discuss it together, shall we? Follow Girl Meets True Crime on Instagram at GirlMeetsTrueCrime and on twitter at GirlMeetsTC (dang that character restriction).
In episode 2, LaTasha dives into episode 2 of the Netflix documentary series. Police home in on a suspect, a 19-year-old named Sean K. Ellis. Boston journalists and cops recall another murder case that fanned racial tensions. Who knew that one time at the shooting range would come in handy when it comes to analyzing this case...where do I go pick up my detective credentials cause your girl is on it! Remember how I said those cops in this documentary were trash? Yeah we find out why. Let's discuss it together, shall we? Follow Girl Meets True Crime on Instagram at GirlMeetsTrueCrime and on twitter at GirlMeetsTC (dang that character restriction).
It's the very first episode and LaTasha breaks down Episode 1 of the Netflix Documentary "Trial 4". Charged as a teenager in the 1993 killing of a Boston police officer, Sean K. Ellis fights to prove his innocence while exposing police corruption and systemic racism. Using clips from the movie, LaTasha will take you through the film while discussing everything about it from the sad to the maddening.
