Ever wondering how you can become one of the people that can wake up at 5am with no issue? This podcast is about the morning's and how having a morning routine can set the tone for the day. But I think that we all know this, we have seen it time and time again. The most successful people in the world have morning routines. Blah, blah, blah. In order to have a morning routine, we must first combat the war inside that starts when even THINKING about waking up early. Waking up early is hard fucking work.

In today's Girl, You Got This! EpisodeI go over the different ways - mostly unspoken - ways of becoming a morning person and how you can wake up earlier. Getting ahead of your schedule and prioritizing your goals by working on them before you go and work on someone else dream and I go over my currently morning routine with you all. 

I also go over natural holistic ways that will really help you become a morning person! Things like the 3-2-1 rule can really help you get shit done in the morning and taking natural herbal supplements can help you start waking up and going to bed early.

Depression sucks, and we are less likely to get out of bed and up early when we are going through some really hard days. Just know that you shouldn't be so hard on yourself and your worth is not dictated by your ability to wake up and be productive. So I get it, if you're at that point.

We are plagued by fear, and we literally let fear get in the way of our deepest desires. We really hate our current job, but we are too scared to try something new, so we let ourselves die a little inside each Monday morning. Life isn't meant to be this way. This episode is for my girls who had a rough start to 2020. January for me was LONG, and I fell straight on my face. But you know what? There are 11 more months and all that matters is that you get the fuck up and try again. Many people aren't discussing their failures and what to do once you feel like you had it rough. On social media we are seeing everyone KILL it in 2020 but not enough people saying "I'm struggling" or "this is what I struggled with."

We all do it, when you know you should be doing something else but you continue watching that next episode on Netflix. You know the last thing you should be doing is comparing yourself to other people on social media, for another hour of mindless scrolling on instagram. So if we know we shouldn't do it, then why do we continue to do so? There are a few solid reasons that I can come up with, which I talk about on todays podcast!

Always remember to stay focused and driven, make some time even though you may be pressed for it. You'll see, though, when you start making some progress towards certain things your ambition grows and you'll start to all of a sudden make more time. Maybe what we aren't laking in isn't time but its ambition for something. Let's find out!

Girl, I hear you. You have goals, aspirations and things to attain. However, you wake up in the morning just feeling like you never slept in the first place. You are exhausted, and you don't even know why. You need to be on your A game, and feel good to be able to cross those things off of your to-do list. First, its about getting healthy and feeling good. The better you feel the more likely you are to smash your goals. In this podcast I talk about all the things you can do in order to get there!

Something I noticed when I was comparing myself to others was that they were dong better than me. They had a bigger following, they were dong better financially too. I looked into it, and the best reason I could come up with, was that I had zero self confidence compared to them. Self confident people WIN in life, they believe in themselves and their ability to deliver.

How do you become self confident, though? How do you go from point a to point b? It seems more complicated than it really is. Self confidence is like the switch of a button. Once you stop trying to be someone you aren't, and just be yourself, confidence comes easier. Being yourself, believing in yourself and being self-confident are the keys to success. 

Today's episode is something that I struggle with even to this date. It's not just me, but as women we were practically born tearing ourselves apart comparing ourselves to other women. It started with TV, Magazines, Hollywood Movies, and now we are here at the age of Social Media. We wake up in the morning, roll out of bed and the first thing we see on our feeds is perfection - then you look in the mirror and don't see that same thing.

It's time for us to stop! By loving yourself, you won't experience the negativities that comparing yourself comes with. We are going to talk about two ways you can stop comparing yourself and be fulfilled with yourself, the way you look and everything that you do. Girl, You Got This!
