Today’s guest, Nancy Dozier is wife, pastor, mentor and life coach whose meaning and motive in life is to guide others into becoming what they were destined to be. Also a pastor, Nancy’s lifelong commitment and service to her faith has been a key driving factor in all her life achievements and endeavors.
In today’s show, we get into the life journey and lessons that Nancy has learnt along the way. Including her latest book: Decree a Thing: Creating Your World With Your Words. Nancy will give us a sneak peek into the book and also how the book has personally affected my thoughts and relationship with God.
About Nancy’s Book - Decree a Thing: Creating Your World With Your Words
Nancy’s inspiration to write the book was as a result of a personal life experience she went through with her husband. When her husband was hospitalized and gravely ill. Nancy decided to turn to the Lord for healing and guidance. However, this didn’t seem to work. Her husband’s situation only worsened, his body did not respond to treatment and the doctors asked Nancy to prepare for the worst.
For the first time in her entire life, Nancy questioned her ability to pray to and communicate with God.
The power of Decreeing.
You create your world and reality through the words that you speak upon your life. This is the simple truth that Nancy tries to explain in her book.
In this sense, Nancy believes that when she starts to decree through prophecy, prayer and worship, she is operating in her God-like nature and authority
Hope and guidance through the current Covid-19 Pandemic

Host Reva Hart:
Host, Reva Hart, interview with Tiffany Logan, a relationship coach who specializes in communication for binuclear families.
In today’s show, we’ll be taking a more keen look at the communication aspect of Tiffany’s job, and discuss how communication is a cornerstone in ensuring the success of any kind of relationship.
Whether it be step families, blended families, binuclear families, or any other term that you wish to describe the modern and commonly rising social phenomena of co-parenting, there's no doubt that it's a universal issue affecting couples everywhere today.
The best way to manage being in such a parenting situation is through communication. Clear and effective communication is the key to achieve understanding and express our needs and concerns. Conflicts are a part of life and will inevitably always arise within the family unit. But with well established communication channels between you and the rest of the family, then you can certainly solve and even avoid conflicts before they arise.
And although we all have different issues going on in our lives that in one way or the other, involve our families. The one common underlying factor is our reaction and response towards such situations. How we choose to confront and address such situations is a determinant to what kind of relationship we'll be building with our family members.
That is why building clear and effective communication bridges between ourselves, our partners, family members and everyone else is very important. It's the key towards healthy and progressive relationships. For example, ensuring that our children can openly and honestly communicate their thoughts and feelings leads to a happier and more trusting parent - child relationship with them.
Quotes.
We use communication to express our desires, wants and needs. And there's no other way for us to know how our families want and need if we aren't ready to communicate with them in a healthy way.
If it's something that I am currently struggling with. Then I'm sure someone else somewhere has struggled with the same thing.
Conflict is good. Conflict means that there's a problem. We just have to figure out the resolution for the problem, so we can avoid the conflict within the family.
The Bible talks about believers and non-believers. And in a parenting situation, we must have faith that the believing parent can covert situations, because through God, we know that all things are possible.

Quotes -I realized that I’d be doing my children a big favor if I learn to respect their stepmom. Because if I respect her then they'll respect her too and that'll make their hustle peaceful.
-I’m convinced that in families where communication is an issue, it’s mostly because of the women. We women are cheeky. But if we choose to come together (women), then this will make all the difference and go a long way in ensuring that families blend well together.
-There is absolutely nothing that I’d love to change in my life. I believe that everything that was bad has worked and is working in my good and for my good.
