Hey girlfriends! Today we're discussing "Sis, Stop Doing Too Much". As we come upon a new year, many of us are setting goals and laying out what we want to accomplish in the upcoming year. We wanted to explore if we already are doing too much and how their are benefits to doing fewer things. On our journey through womanhood we may naturally take on more commitments, some of which we can't remove from our plates, but some things we're taking on are busy work and distractions from accomplishing the goals we're actually trying to meet.
