We decided to switch things up a bit, and interview each other this time around for something fun & different.

Moni and I both talk about our personal experiences navigating through our perceptions that we acquired regarding our body image, and the thoughts and feelings that resulted from those perceptions throughout our lifetime thus far.

Let 's just say after filming this episode we experienced what Brené Brown would call a "vulnerability hangover"  - whoa!

Well, it's true...we wouldn't want to do this with anyone else, so thanks for being here with us!

Well, here comes another vulnerability hangover! Per your request via our GGW Instagram poll - the topic of "Relationships" was the resounding winner.

Although we both have different relationship experiences, we have come to find a lot of the same truths and lessons 🙏 

Moni will be covering the lessons she's learned this week, and I'll be chatting more next Sunday about my own personal experience.
