Roadies are the unsung heroes of the Australian music industry. Stuart Coupe has gathered a collection of some of the greatest Aussie crew of all time. He happened to miss Audio Engineer, Artist Manager, Guitar Tech and tech director Nicole Lepusic, so we made sure to get her story.

What started with a love for music and songwriting quickly turned into a career in audio engineering for Nicole. From there she did stints as a guitar tech for Vance Joy, ran away with the circus for Fringe, tech directed venues, worked in theatre sound and 'dabbled' in artist management, eventually opening her own agency but always found her way back to her roots in audio, doing sound for some of the greatest artists and bands in Australia. 

Together we read Roadies by Stuart Coupe, an absolutely incredible collection of stories from some of the largest and boldest road crew in Australian and international history, pioneers of our industry who made their own rules and changed entertainment as we know it today. 

While todays chat mostly focuses on Nicole's career, you'd be a fool to not get your hands on a copy of this book and read it for yourself!
