Oh hello again! On our 6th episode I review Christopher Nolan's entry into his batman trilogy: Batman Begins (2005), we get a little naughty with Sex Criminals Vol. 1 (2014) by Matt Fraction, and then we finally get to talk Sufjan Steven's 2015 hit Carrie and Lowell! I also have an interview with YISH and play 10 Extremely Important Questions with my buddy Richard!

This ep has another Coen Brothers movie review: Miller's Crossing (1990) We have a new edition of Out on the Town this time with Grand Forks, BC small business: Divinyl! Then I discuss New York author Jonathan Safran Foer's Here I Am (2016). I also reminisce with a special guest and ponder the classic break up album End Times by Eels. Will these items make the cut or will they Give Me Space?

Perhaps the most off the wall episode of our show so far, today we have a blind beer tasting with Laird (featuring 4 different BC craft beers), later I laugh it up with my buddy Jake in "10 Extremely Important Questions." I also review the Coen Brothers often overlooked "Barton Fink" (1991), the graphic novel "Rolling Blackouts" (2016) by D&Q's Sarah Glidden, and the world inspired album "So Long, See You Tomorrow" (2014) by the up-beat group Bombay Bicycle Club!

Our longest episode in season 1 thus far: we introduce a new segment called Two Sides of the Story in which I interview both a representative of Whispers of Hope & Citizens for a Better Grand Forks. I also talk about the Canadian classic film Barney's Version (2010) starring Paul Giamatti. A special guest and I discuss our thoughts on the critically acclaimed Louis Riel (2003) by Chester Brown. Miles Davis' groundbreaking Kind of Blue (1959) is also pondered.

Today on the show I discuss Bernardo Bertolucci's 1988 Best Picture Academy Award winning film The Last Emperor. Then we get nerdy with Civil War: The Marvel Comics Event (2006) by the legendary Mark Millar. Reminding you that I'm a Canadian, we talk The Tragically Hip's often overlooked album: Road Apples (1991). Also we go Out on the Town and reminisce with a secret guest!

On today's episode I review the classic film 12 Angry Men (1957), a graphic novel called Funny Misshapen Body (2009) by the very talented Jeffrey Brown & then we amp it up for Combat Rock (1982) by "the only band that matters" The Clash.
