Give someone the cold shoulder
means to deliberately ignore or be unfriendly toward someone, usually as a way of showing disapproval or anger. It means to ignore someone or be unfriendly toward them on purpose.

Examples:
1- At the award ceremony, the actor gave the reporters the cold shoulder, refusing to answer any questions.
2- After accidentally eating her roommate’s last slice of pizza, Jenny was given the cold shoulder for the entire weekend—no more shared Netflix marathons for her!
