What's up fellas? It's your boy, Coach Vino. In the first episode of my Progress Bar podcast, I discuss why us gentlemen need to consider the need for a life coach. The idea of coaching, therapy and other self-help practices have for too long been something that men have either ignored or been too uncomfortable to explore. So issues that traditionally plaque us, like stress, anxiety, confidence, trauma, conditioning, etc, aren't addressed and eventually they manifest themselves in unhealthy ways.
Fortunately, this cycle is slowly but surely starting to unravel. Self-help for men is a growing industry as more awareness makes its way to the mainstream. We are learning more every day about benefits of coaching, therapy and other self-help practices. How these actions can make us better versions of ourselves, including fathers, husbands, sons, brothers, etc., in a world that has forced us men to reflect on our role in the world.
I hope you enjoy the podcast and it inspires you to begin your coaching journey and tap into the best version of yourself. Cheers! --Coach Vino
