So if you're a fan of rock & roll, or if you've ever dreamed of joining a band, then this podcast is for you.

  • Interview with 'Flute'

Whatever musical instrument you chose in life, there will always be someone or something that will influence you. In my case, during the late 80's I came across a drummer who quite frankly, blew me away!

At that time I had no idea we would become friends, but here we are today talking about past years and the experiences we have had together.

They often say "Never meet you heroes" In my case, this was proven not to be true.

Please enjoy our casual chat about Education, drumming and touring as a drummer.

    Thank you for listening.

Inspiration from other people is an essential part of progressing in life, but would you ever meet your hero? I can confidently say that I did, but it's only now I realise how much of an affect it had on me.

  • The forgotten heroes of live music

This is the first episode of hopefully many which includes me talking about gigging as a drummer playing Weddings, Birthday parties and the family Barbecue.

I have been a drummer for over  forty years, but do you know who I am? Do you know the guys that played in the pub on Saturday night? Does it even matter?  More than likely not, but it is time we introduced them to you.
Each week there are many musicians travelling the motorway system across the UK to bring you live music. I want to hear their stories.

In this first episode, I share my thoughts about these very musicians and also why I think this is important.
